I am a self-taught artist pursuing nothing serious but the enjoyment of creation of what I find  beautiful and moving on my life journey. Glass painting is my prime and favourite. I occasionally blend mixed media art in my creativity map.

Alongside using glass paints I like experimenting with the various decorative base materials such as pitches, resins and marble-granite granules bringing a rich texture to glass work. My inspirational friends are natural minerals, rock patterns and minute intricate structures that re-echo mesmerising images of the earth taken from the air and space; patterns and vivid colours of Kilims. And last but not least, I draw my inspiration from  BUTAa symbol of flame and the divine fire in Azerbaijan.

My background set me up for a truly global outlook: whilst I’m deeply attached to my Azerbaijani and Turkish roots, I also call home Moscow (Russia) – a place of my upbringing, and Cambridge (England) – a place of my being.
